The SparkLight ADM offers a compact solution for flexible multiplexers with bit rates up to 155 Mbit/s. It supports almost all current standard interfaces for video and ethernet. The SparkLight ADM can be built into the subrack of a communication cabinet. In this case, 5 modular positions can be used for the additional extensions. Selection of adequate interfaces allows for different-purpose devices to be created. A modular solution also assures the future applicability of the device: a new functionality can be achieved simply by changing or adding another interface circuit.

The main features of the SparkLight ADM family are high reliability, large flexibility, competitive prices and openness for new applications.

Purpose of the Family
The SparkLight ADM is intended for the use in telecommunications operator networks and for large private networks. Using it in a star or ring topology, network nodes or large companies can be connected to the backbone network by standard interfaces. The SDH technology is based on the most reliable transmission standards. For that reason, networks created by SparkLight ADM-1 are the most durable and reliable.
