Contractual Maintenance and Network Management
Iskra Transmission provides several levels of maintenance agreements, adjusted to the needs of our customers. We offer technical assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have a service department and a technical assistance department providing guaranteed response time services as well as telephone and on-line support services.

Contracted network management enables a customer to shift the burden of network care to an external partner. We provide guaranteed response times, monitor the managed network and alarms, traffic parameters, configure the equipment and the network and optimise the parameters. Reports present the trends in the network and possible bottlenecks. In addition, we advise the customer regarding eventual optimisations, extensions and upgrades.
